In recent events that are occurring at the moment with Covid-19, we wanted to address some questions that our customers may have. We are still operating at our normal business hours!
We are offering Store Pickup. We just ask that any pick-up orders come to the hardware storefront for pick up. Depending on the order we should have available within 30 minutes from the time of order. Customers can call our store number with any questions they may have: 704-487-5263 or 800-253-4246. While we can take credit card payment by phone, we also have a wireless credit card reader that can be brought to the customer’s car at the curbside pick-up (hardware). We will disinfect after each use. The customer does not need to come inside, we can leave the order outside for pick-up if requested.
We are also offering local delivery services at this time in Shelby and the surrounding area. Customers can pay with credit card/debit card by phone or COD. Most deliveries are left at a specified location. No need for customers to be present and unless COD.
